Our projects and those we support are designed to rebuild communities in their entirety while also regenerating areas to ensure they come back stronger and are fully prepared for the future. Our involvement is intended to support local authorities to reconstruct their regions and take autonomy over them as soon as practicable so that our services can be redirected to where they are needed most at any one time.
Government consultancy – Working with local governments and other national agencies to identify priority areas for development and funding.
Strategic planning – Aiding physical reconstruction and real estate development in towns, villages, cities and regions affected by war or natural disaster (including site planning and architectural design).
Housing management – Support individuals in need of temporary or permanent housing while simultaneously working with local authorities, charities and developers to find long term solutions to housing needs (including real estate consultancy and feasibility studies).
Social housing – Working with local and national authorities to ensure market rate, affordable housing is included in regenerated areas.
Infrastructure – Planning, construction and management of vital infrastructure such as car parking and public transport.
Alternative energy – Incorporating sustainable energy solutions wherever possible as part of all projects.
IT and banking services – Advising local authorities on the installation and implementation of services vital to growth in the modern world.
Resort development – Looking at ways to boost the local economy, create jobs and attract outside investment to support local efforts.
Property management – Helping local companies manage property portfolios.
Security – Providing or arranging security services where required to ensure work can be carried out safely and without the threat of additional disruption.
Training and development – Working with international, national and local organizations to provide initial training and ongoing support for as long as required to ensure the rebuild is a success.
Disaster relief and development management – Prioritises the restoration, redevelopment, and revitalization of communities affected by disaster.
