Our company principals have extensive experience of working with master developers and community builders in the US since the 1980s. Since 1997, they have worked on numerous asset management assignments.

In recent years, they have begun working with state departments and government agencies to help bring about real, lasting change that benefit areas and communities damaged by war, unrest and natural disasters.

Afghanistan

Their experience working alongside local and national governing bodies in Afghanistan, and the US Embassy in Kabul is invaluable in the work we do. Understanding the unique challenges faced by nations and regions in the circumstances described above allows them to approach each new situation with an agile mindset based on real life experiences, and to identify solutions that will rebuild societies when they are most needed.

The first ever trade mission in Kabul was organized through American companies looking to team up with local Afghan companies to begin the rebuilding process, help return a sense of normality to the city and kick-start the local economy

Our teams’ experience in Afghanistan includes:

  • Agricultural advice and training assistance as part of the Combined Forces Special Operations Component Command Afghanistan ($8m)
  • Seismic surveying for gas and oil ($5m)

Ukraine

We also have members on our leadership team who have been actively engaged in developing Ukraine long before the Russian invasion. They were at the forefront of Ukraine’s recent regeneration since 2010, helping create what was being talked up as Europe’s Silicon Valley.

Their remit in Kiev was to put their marketing and financial knowledge to good use to help the Ukrainian government to develop a high-performing tech strategy, and then support technology start-ups.

They have also been involved with carrying out studies and housing inventories in Ukraine’s biggest cities both pre and post the recent invasion. Tasks undertaken include:

  • Extensive architectural and landscape design
  • Site feasibility studies
  • Conceptual, schematic and design development
  • Construction drawings for residential, retail, office and industrial projects

Similar projects have been undertaken in African nations such as:

  • Niger
